  • Online (a 4-week detailed program is emailed out to you to follow each month)

  • Indoors - 8 Otaria St, Mt Eliza 

  • Outdoors - Local parks/beaches/hills (Mt Eliza Regional Park, Howard Parker Park, Moondah Beach, Oliver's Hill, The Esplanade etc)
