Running Coach

Physical Results have coached novice to elite level runners and sporting teams with their speed and endurance. We work on technique, injury prevention and performance enhancement. Our clients include teams and individuals.

 

Specifically, we have worked with the following:

  • International, national, state and local level runners

  • Mums and dads looking to get fit 

  • Australian Football, Netball, Soccer and Basketball players looking to improve their technique and speed

Types of sessions: 

  • ​PR Running Squad

    • ​Athletes under the age of 21 looking to develop their athletic running technique, speed and/or endurance

  • 1 on 1

    • Highly specific and personalized running training

  • Team/Group Training

    • Teams looking to enhance their player's speed, agility and/or endurance

  • Online Training

    • A specific 4-week running program is written and emailed to you, helping you achieve your running goals.

 

Note: Each session is carefully considered to ensure all your needs are tailored to.

Duration: Approximately 45mins to 1 hour

Location: Varies dependent upon the person. For example footballers may use a local oval whereas a track athlete will use the Mornington Athletics Track (Dunn's Road). Sessions occur on the Mornington Peninsula from Frankston, Mount Eliza, Mornington through to Mt Martha.

When: There are multiple running opportunities throughout the week. We will make sure we work in with your time availability.
